1. Log in to google adsense, then click the "More Details" (see picture above).
2. Next there's going to go to a page to enter the PIN adsense, then click "Please enter your PIN"
3. After the PIN Information page will appear that contains your account, see the link at the bottom after the state data, locate and click the link "click here"
4. The latter is already filling out the form provided adsense, you must fill the Name, Contact email, email and Publisher login ID, then click "Submit"
5. Check your email.
My experience doing the above, it requires 2 times the process. Since first performed way above I just received an email auto-reply, then a few days later I did it again and the new rewarded by adsense team who asked me to reply to this email and scan identity data. Which looks like this:
Hi,After reading the email, I decided to send the scan results as well as MIS and Internet bill. And after waiting a day at last warning "payment hold" has lost meaning that the above process has been successful. So for my friends who are still waiting for the pin adsense after 3 times the request can use the above manner. Hopefully helpful!
