You often use social bookmarking surely already know "digg", "delicious" or "stumbelupon". Free social bookmarking could be nice to get traffic, that too if you submit is a website / good articles and much liked by other members.
Most social bookmarking add re = no follow tag in its outbound links, meaning that if the link you are on "digg" or "delicious", will not be considered "mean" by the search engines.
